From the cottage you can easily reach several supermarkets and shopping opportunities in the nearby town, Vinderup. If you wish to go for a shopping spree you can reach the city center of Holsterbro, Skive or Struer with only a 30 min drive.
The area also offers many activities such as of Hjerl Hede, Jesperhus Flower Park and many others. All in all, a beautiful cottage perfect for families, who wants a holiday in a child-friendly area with many possibilities for a wide range of activities.

Ejsingholm beach is truely
child-friendly, as it has a shallow water seabed for the first 100 meters from the beach you will only reach a depth of 1,5 m. This gives you great opportunities for windsurfing and other sailing activities at the beach.
The coast at Ejsingholm is west-facing, but almost all wind directions provide good sailing conditions for both beginners and experienced.
The holiday home area is 50 m from the beach parking space and it is possibility to make light shopping at the nearby camping ground.

The cottage is located on a 1000 m2 plot and it has over 70 well-appointed sqm. Combined he kitchen and living room are 35 sqm and has access to a 18 sqm south facing terrace with garden furniture and barbecue grill. The cottage has 3 rooms
that can accommodate up to a total of 6 people.
The cottage is equipped with electric heating, stove, WC, sink, shower cabin, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, oven & mini oven, garden furniture and TV with satellite dish. Nearby the house you find playgrounds for children.

Long term rentals:
The price can be agreed upon when renting for longer periods
Electricity: 0,38 EUR/KWH
Water: 19 EUR/week
Deposit: = 20% (min EUR 70)
Paid at registration. The balance is due no later than 3 weeks before moving in
Cleaning:
The house must be left well -cleaned upon departure. Desired final cleaning must be ordered the last 3 days before departure and amount to EUR 70.
Bring:
Towels, tea towels & bed linen.

Activities & attractions
Hjerl Hede is an open-air museum located near Vinderup. The museum was founded in 1930 and here you can see how a typical Danish village developed from the 16th century to approx. 1900 - from a marsh and to a stone age settlement.
From the cottage there are only approx. 10 km to the museum that is definitely worth a visit.
Jesperhus Flower Park is Scandinavia's largest flower park. The park is filled with perennials, roses, summer flowers, succulents and giant flower figures. In addition, the known figures from H.C. Andersen's adventure can be experienced in the beautiful fairy tale garden. Moreover, you can experience a Pirate area, bouncy cushion, mini trains, boats, motorcycles, shooting gallery, zoo, Tarzan adventure tour, a 4D cinema and much more. From the house there is a 40 km drive to the park
Legoland Billund Resort, is a Danish amusement park located in Billund. Here you will be invited into the fantastic world of Lego where children and adults can experience different playgrounds, theme areas and a variety of entertainments, where the well-known Lego bricks comes alive in many different constellations. From the house there is a 100 km drive - therefore we suggest a full day trip to Legoland.
In Aalborg Zoo there are more than 140 different species of animals, and as a family you can get fascinated by chimpanzees, African elephants, orangutans, Asian lions, Sumatra tigers and many more exciting animals. Aalborg Zoo is definitely recommendable as a visit for the whole family. In addition to the zoo, Aalborg is Denmark's 4th largest city and offers attractive shopping opportunities and cultural experiences. A trip to the zoo can easily be combined with a visit in Aalborg city centre. The driving distance from the house is approx. 120 km.
AQUA Aquarium & Animal Park, located in Silkeborg, is a large, family-friendly adventure center. It is Northern Europe's largest freshwater aquarium and here the family can experience a huge park with lots of exciting animals and a fun playground with water cannons, locks, spitting beavers, wilderness trail, bonfire and more. From the house the driving distance is approx. 75 km.
GIVSKUD LØVEPARK ZOO
Givskud Zoo is a zoo and safari park located at Givskud - 20 km northwest of Vejle. Givskud Zoo is primarily a safari park, where you drive in your own car through the park's large area, where several different animals join together. Along the park there are several parking spaces where you can park your car and walk around and look at the animals. Some of the most famous and popular animals in the park are elephants, rhinos, lions, giraffes, gorillas, chimpanzees and giant Brazilian otters. From the house there is approx. 100 km to the attraction.
