Rental rates are valid from Saturday at 15:00 until the following Saturday at 11:00

Long-term rentals:
The price can be agreed upon when renting for longer periods

 

Electricity/Water: 12 Euro/week (from 01.04 -> 01.10)
From 01.10 -> 01.04 = 24 euro/week

 

Deposit: 20% (min euro 70) Payed at the time of booking.
The balance is due no later than 3 weeks before moving in

 

Bring:
Towels, tea towels & bed linen.

 

Cleaning:

Costs 65 euros and can not be deselected.
